My name is Sunshine and I'm a newbie to the 3 Fat Chicks Website. I stumbled onto this site while doing a general search for someone on another website. I snooped around, liked what I saw and decided to join.
I am a South Beacher. I've been on and off South Beach for the last few years. The SB way of life has been good for me but I'm not always good to it. I've fallen off the wagon so many times I have the battle wounds to prove it.
Fortunately, I'm not a quitter and am back in full force to stick with what works for me. I've been back on the Beach since Tuesday and am fastly approaching the end of a successful week on Phase1/Week 1.
What I've noticed as one of the many reasons I fall off the wagon is that whenever I stop logging on the net on a support group website, I slip back down the trail. Adding another site and sharing with others who know what's it's like, I know I can be successful.
