Hello I'm a new Chick
I don't know how to start this intro, but my name is Milly and about 3 years ago I got separated from my husband. The result was a 60 lb. weight loss, speeding up to now, I am remarried and have gained about 12 lbs. back. I am obsessing over it, that's all I can think about but can't seem to do anything about it. I start, don't see any changes, get discouraged and stop. Anyone else going through this? I need a lot of support to lose weight again.
