Hello, just introducing myself.

I've gained 50 lbs over the last few years and need to lose about 40 lbs. I'm small framed so I'm much healthier when I'm at the lower end of the BMI scale and prefer my appearance. I dislike the way most of my excess weight seems to have settled on bosoms and butt.. and no, not in a sexy Jessica Rabbit way... I look like a duck. With chicken legs :chicken:

Summer is a nightmare because I get so hot, after years of hiding away whenever the sun comes out I've decided I will either lose the weight or just give in and become a vampire, albeit a duck shaped one; the cloak would be useful.

So I was googling for that thingy that takes away extra weight and I found this site (I didn't find the thingy) I know some people here have a much bigger challenge than me but my 40 lbs still seems pretty daunting. Having a place like this where we all share the common goal of trying to lose weight, no matter what the amount, will be so helpful.
