I'm Frances a 46 year old native New Yorker.
My goal is get myself under 200 pounds, even if it's just by one pound.
I'm about 290 right now and wear a size 24.

You might want to visit the 100 lb club...a great spot for those with around 100 lbs or so to lose. It's an active, wonderful group.

Do you have an eating plan you're considering? We probably have a forum for it! So look around and settle in. Can't wait to see you around more soon!
