I am Lami and am from South Australia.
I am a Mother to a 14 yr old and a 7 yr old.
My weight loss is going well but can't do it without the support and encouragement of others.
I am glad I stumbled upon this place :D

If you need help finding your way around the boards, just ask. If you give more info about your eating and exercise plan, someone will be able to offer some suggestions to help you get started. Otherwise, just cruise the boards and jump in where ever you feel comfortable. :hug:

Hi Lami and welcome. We have similar stats and currently at exactly the same weight (although I'm a little taller:p). I also have a 14 year old (boy) but have a 9 year old (girl).
