Thought I'd introduce myself. My name is Lydia. I'm 36, married and a mom of 3 boys. I started my WL journey about 16 months ago and have had success with it. Some days it's a lot harder than others. I'm hoping to make new friends here.

How I am doing it ...
I was told by my Dr if I didn't lose weight right away I would not be around for my kids another year. With the fear of my kids losing their mom I listened to my Dr and joined Weight Watchers. It's been a long hard road but I'm still hanging on.

Hi, I'm from houston as well. I have 3 boys and a girl. I have started losing weight since January and lost about 20 pounds. It's a long and hard process.
