I am a 20 year old female. Instead of gaining the "freshman 15" when I moved out and started college, I gained the freshman 30. haha! Then, that summer, I got pregnant with my son who I had 2 months ago. Essentially, I REALLY packed it on, passed the 200 mark which I always told myself I would never go over in my life, and then some. I was never a skinnie minnie to begin with, but I almost cried when I realized that my BMI told me I wasn't just overweight but obese! Me? Obese? I couldn't believe it.
Since this is for my health, I am motivated and WILL lose weight.
