Even though this isn't my first post, I am new to the forum and I'd like to introduce myself...

Bonita Applebaum here. I'm a newbie and I've been lurking for a few weeks now. I decided I would join so I can get serious about my weight loss and have a support group. I've already lost 11lbs and I can't wait to lose more with the help, support and guidance from the rest of you chicks!:hug:
