    *waves* Hello there ladies and gentlemen. I'd like to introduce myself, my name is Rae (or RaeOfLight) and I'm hoping to gain some inspiration, supports, tips, and new friends by joining what seems to be an awesome group of people so far. ^3^

    Current Weight: 182lbs
    Goal Weight: 120lbs

    I'm hoping to be able to wear a bikini next summer for the first time in my life!
    First and foremost I'm searching for self confidence, a healthy lifestyle, and a brighter outlook on a new, happier life.

    Hi There Rae!,

    I really get good vibes from reading what other folks have tried and what works for them and what hasn't and seeing others succeed and have problems along the way makes it real life for you that there are lots of folks with the same goals. I hope you get to your goal and best of luck, I have recently joined and I am using a version of Weight Watchers flex plan that seems to be working well for me at the moment.

    I have found lots of self-confidence in thinking of myself as a person on the way to being the person I want to be at my goal weight and not the person I am now...I am a work in perpetual progress.. like most folks I guess
