We have so many different plans here, so I have to ask, Ph 1 Day 1 of what? I'm guessing either South Beach or Fat Smash...we have forums for both here, so settle into whichever fits best.

Otherwise, look around, find a spot or several, and get to posting. Can't wait to get to know you better.
