I hope you guys don't mind-I'm really bad at introductions! My name is Melissa, I'm 18 and from California. I'm been trying to lose weight for a long time, pretty much ever since I was 11! I've always been fat, most likely because I used to eat McDonalds three or four times a week when I was a kid because my mom was too lazy to cook! I moved here to California from Wisconsin almost seven months ago, and ever since I've moved here I've been eating healthy, unlike when I lived in Wisconsin I ate pretty much all processed food, because that's all my mom bought! I've lost a ton of weight since I moved here, maybe about 10 pounds or so, I'm not sure, I don't have a scale. That's pretty much my story!

:wel3fc: . . . don't worry about not having a scale it is just one way to determine success . . . the way you feel and the way your clothes fit are better ways.
