Hey what's goin on? I just signed up for 3FC today so just lookin around, thought I would say hello to everyone. Like most of you here I am overweight and tired of it! I am 28 years old and feel like my weight has stolen so many years of my life from me, I don't want the weight to have that power over me anymore. I just need some motivation and support and I feel like I really can do this, I have to do this

I'm very glad you've found us! You can settle into one of the great groups we have here...the 20-somethings, for example, for those in their 20's. If you have a plan you're following, we likely have a forum for it also, so look around.
