Hey, i just signed up (had before actually but account got deleted) and thought id introduce myself (again :p ). Im 19 and have always been a bit overweight. I was very big until 15 years old when i lost 3 stone but have some weight back on since. I will be starting college in september and i would like to improve my eating and exercising habits before i go. I've an extra 2 stone on me at the moment which im hoping to lose by christmas but mostly i just want to make sure i dont spend the next few years eating nothing but takeaways and instant noodles. I have been dieting myself for the past few weeks and although its going well i could use some extra support.

Welcome to 3FC! If you have a mini fridge and microwave at school, you can do pretty well: fish, chicken, veggies, all steam/cook well in the microwave. Best of luck with your new eating plan!
