Just getting started......again
Hey everyone...I just started coming to 3fc. I have read some of the posts and decided to give posting a try. I am 32 and have just placed my first Medifast order. I hope that by sharing my experiences with others it will help me FINALLY stop losing and gaining the same 30 pounds over and over again. I am really movtivated this time though, because I just saw some pictures of myself from a friends house and would have sworn that that wasn't what I saw in the mirror every morning :) plus I have a vacation in February that I would really like to look like I fit in with all of my other thin friends
Well, wish me luck that this is time!!!
