New and needing help for 6 WBMO
 
Hi!

I would like any information anyone can give me on Michael Thurmond's 6 WBMO for body type B and C.

I am 28 years old, and am borderline diabetic due to a medical condition called Polycystic Ovaries (PCO). This condition prevents me from ovulating, this being unable to become pregnant at the time, and my body "stores" insulin. I was told by my doctor that if I lose 20 lbs, my condition will go away.

My aunt and I would like to buddy up and start this program, but we are too poor to afford to buy it.

I would really appreciate ANY help!

Take a look over in the Dieting with Obstacles Forum -- there's a sub-forum dedicated to PCOS and Insulin Resistance over there. Also if you look in the General Diet Plans Forum you might find more information on the Thurmond plan.
