Hey ya'll. I posted my first introduction on 05/20/08, but it appears to have been one of the one's caught up in the "melt down". LOL Anyway, I'm the one who's doing the HCG diet with my fiance'. He's been on it for 2 weeks (loss of 16 pound and going), and I've been on it for 1 1/2 day (loss of 2 pounds and going). It's great that ya'll are here for support, advice, and information. I look forward to getting to know some of ya'll.

MRSPACMAN ~ glad you came back and didn't get phased by the 'CRASH' here. HCG ... I'm not familiar with that plan, but your DF seems to be doing well on it. This is a super place to give and get support: do come back and post often ...
