I am Julie, I have lurked here on the forums before (mostly reading the commentary about The Biggest Loser TV show!) and this week I started my new way of eating and weight loss journey. I am vegetarian (nearly vegan) and I'm following Dr. McDougall's MWL plan which I have done before and loved. I'd like to lose 50-60#. I look forward to joining the community!:cool:

Hey... I'm from Seattle too. Born and bred in "yah surrre youbetchya" Ballard. I transplanted to Northern California Coastline 6-7? years ago. DH and I are headed home for Seafair... oh and to visit my family too heheh. Can't wait to see the hydros again. They are only televised locally :(.
