It's about me this time!
 

Hello All,

It has been about 3 years since I posted. I thought that once I lost the weight that I did not need the support group anymore, but I realize now after gaining 20 or the 36 pounds that I lost, I need the support group more than ever.

This time I am losing the weight for me...not for family, or my husband but to simply be a healthier me. I realize that everything else will simply fall into place.

Thanks and I am looking forward to sharing with you ladies once again!

don't you just tired of doing thing to make people happy and some of those people not even try to help you , i know im tired it's by time i do something for me for my health im tired off calling the big girl my fat friend all the other name in the book. :welcome3: back diva4life lets support each other and make happend.

Sounds like you've got great motivation, and you're well on your way with that first 8 lbs, so now you just have to keep going.

You have the right mindset now...you're doing it for YOU. You are the person who will be happier, healthier, and live longer. Your family and friends will all benefit from the changes, but it is you who will benefit the most. Good luck!
