Hi everyone. What a great board this is. I'm very obese, 50, and need a lot of support to get this weight off so I can get rid of some of my health issues. You can find my bio at the 300+ Board. I'm looking forward to meeting you all and making some friends. I'm very shy.

Hi, Mary. Welcome! I'm a shy person also, but don't be afraid to just jump right in. The people here are wonderful and have shown me a tremendous amount of support. Congrats on taking the first step to commit yourself to getting healthy! Sometimes, that can be the hardest part. I wish you luck, and I hope to see you around the forums! :)
