Hello I am new to the site and hope to gain some support and ideas on how to lose weight. I am tired of being overweight and not socializing due to my weight.

Well HI to both of you . . . and . . . so glad you found us, chickies. How about telling us a little more about yourselves and we might be better able to suggest some fun places around 3FC that would be right up your particular alley.

I did notice that Laura already found the Crazy Canuks Cluck Club so she is off to a good start. I'm in Pictou so about 2 hours from you. Any more news on the Porters Lake fire situation?
