Hi from Canada...newbie in the forum...
 

I found this site via google and it looks fantastic.
I am ready to shed some pounds and change my lifestyle.

The only problem is I don't even know where to start...
Does everyone follow a diet plan (i.e. weight watchers) or do you just
stop eating as much??

Any guidance / help as to how to even begin would be fantastic..all I know is
I need / want to lose 30lbs..and I know I will need lots of support and guidance and this site seems to be the perfect place for me.

Many people are doing various plans and most of them are covered in the Diet Central area -- but there are probably just as many who are doing their own thing or some combination of eat less and move more. Everyone has to find just what works best for them.

Not everyone is on a plan some people simply eat better or make better choices and excercise...look around there is ALOT of great info and support here!
