I am new to the board and from minnesota :)
:D Everyone!! I am new to the board as of today, I have been dieting my whole life, sometimes I do very good and have great success and others times I do well for a short time and then something comes up and I fall off the wagon. I am finding though that I focus on my health and the things that are good for me that I do quite alright. I am hoping to make some new friends on here and to helps others succeed at there weightloss journeys as well as getting help and support with mine. Looking forward to meeting many of you!! Mushy1975

Hi Mushy! I'm from Minnesota also, what part are you from? This is a great place to keep yourself on track! Its amazing what support can do for a person!! :) I've never done as good as I am doing right now & I give all the credit to this site!! Its wonderful!
