Hello everyone, I am Amanda. Im new to this site but not new to dieting.
I am a recovering EDNOS (Eating disorder not otherwise specified) for years now. But I am trying to better myself and eat daily, but eat smart.
I also looove dancing, but is that enough, to run and dance?
Tips would be highly accepted and wanted!
I also had a kid recently, but lucky me I only gained 10 extra lbs.
My highest was 180, and that was a year ago, since then I got down to 150, but back up to 160. Now I am 168. I am hoping to go down to 140, and I was wondering if August is an okay time limit?
I would prefer 130, but my husband prefers not and says Ill be too skinny, and doesnt even want me to lose weight.
Silly men :P
Anyways, I love meeting new people and would love to discuss similar circumstance, even some not so similar!
