I was hanging around SparkPeople for a few weeks, but they are not as active as you guys seem to be!

I'm 24 and I have about 100 lbs to lose! I started my "official-I'm-really-serious-this-time" diet on April 15th - I've lost 20 lbs so far. I'm not on a specific diet...But I would think it most closely resembles the south beach diet! I'm trying not to be a freak about food - If I mess up it's OKAY! This is a lifestyle change! CHILL OUT! It's working well so far!!
I hope to be chatty and find and give lots of support!
