I've done the SBD a few times and have been pretty successful. I started over 3 weeks ago after taking a break for about 7 months. I'm struggling because it's hot here and I want FRUIT! I was going to scrap phase one for now and eat fruit all summer.... but this website really encouraged me to stick with it. I am planning on staying on phase one for awhile longer because I've got a ways to go. I've lost apx 9 lbs so far, but I want to keep going!
What would help right now is a shopping list.... a CHEAP shopping list!
