My name is Becky . I am a mother to 3 boys and 2 stepsons. Ages 20, 18, 16, 14,& 5. I don't want to be the fat mom, I need more energy to keep up with these boys too! I'm tierd of being heavy. I haven't always been, but it really seems like once I turned 30 I lost control. Or maybe I just started drinking more beer and eating more pizza....either way I want to make a change.
I currently weigh 183 and would really love to get down to 150 or so. I have tried WW and it worked for a while - but I have absolutely no self control. I signed up with Metabolic Research Center last week and am doing my pre-conditioning this week and start my meal plan on Friday. So far I've not done anything different. I gave myself one last weekend of "freedom" and intend to get serious about pre-conditioning in the morning. Has anyone been on or are they on MRC? thanks!
