I have been on so many diets throughout the years. I have read books, attended Weight Watchers, joined online, and I am still fat. I know exactly what I need to do but can't seem to get to it. While I have made up my mind, this time I will do it. I signed up for a weight training class and a yoga class at the community college. I also go to water aerobics. All I have to do is figure out how to eat what I need. I am working on that. I need your help. I don't know what or how to prepare healthy food. I am a teacher and a mother of 5 boys and 1 girl. My boys are all married and my daughter is 20. I need to lose about 80 pounds.
