Clearly I'm new here, so I'm introducing myself
The reason I'm joining is because yesterday I shocked myself by stepping on the scale for the first time since I was a freshman in college (I have since graduated). I went to college weighing 150 and thinking I was overweight, and I now weigh 185. I can't believe it!!! I am so sick of living like this, and I know that I have a habit of procrastinating, so I thought some support would be nice, and I found this site!
