Hi!!
I'm new here... I'm 19, going to be a sophomore in college.
I'm lost weight.. around 40lbs., but I wanted to lose more.. As soon as I got into college, I told myself I would lose 15 more lbs. and then do the transition part of my diet to keep it off.. well that didn't work. I gained most of the weight back.. Well I'm out and its summertime. I'm using the summer to lose it and keep it off this time! I really like this forum and I hope to make some friends from here! |

Congrats to both of you for getting a handle on this so young! I wish I'd developed better habits when I was your age ... then I might not be in the boat that I'm in now.
