i am 29 and live in illinois. i weigh 194 and my goal is 140. i never had problems with my weight until i had my girls. even so, after they were born i was able to shed the weight okay and get back down to 130-145. but here in the past year i have gained more here and there. especially over this past fall and winter. this is the most i have ever ever ever weighed.
i watch my calories. i don't eat after 7 pm. my meals never go over 400 calories. and i drink water.... i should be drinking more but im working on it.
i have 00000 motivation. and everytime i look in the mirror, im like YUCK!

There are so many reasons for weight gain, and having kids is right up there in my book.
