There are so many reasons for weight gain, and having kids is right up there in my book.
Are you writing down your calories? Sometimes we think we're eating reasonably, but when you actually do the count, it can be hundreds more than we think.
If you are counting, how many are you eating? Eating too few can be a pitfall, too.
Are you getting in any exercise?
