Well, I used to be a member here quite some time ago, but a seperation, moving across country back home and divorce have kept me away.

I'm a mom to two girls and I've really packed on the pounds since last summer. I was down to 175 then, and now I've ballooned up to 230. The final straw of my weight gain was after my physical with the doctor, and my cholesteral is too high by 9 points. It's scary to me and I want to be around a long time for my kids. I felt so much better physically and mentally when I was thinner.

Anyways, this is my start, and I'm excited :)
