Ready for a change!!
 

Hello!! I have been on a roller coaster for the past year and a half trying to lose weight. I start off doing really well and then all the sudden just go down hill. I decided today to make a change and not go down that hill again. I am now determined and looking forward to all the support I will get here!

I've been yo-yoing w/ my weight for as long as I can remember. I've been as thin as 145 lbs. and as heavy as 213 lbs and everything in between. I am also determined to make this the last attempt. It really feels different for me this time and I hope that's true. This board is what I think has made the difference. There's something so great about coming on here anytime day or night and read about so many other people trying to achieve the same goal. I really welcome you and hope you stick around. I hope it helps you as much as it is helping me at this time.
