New Brit on board!
Hey all..
After spending way to much time googling..I decided finally on joining here! I am looking forward to getting to know everyone as I do like to talk! LOL I have done every diet known to man over the last 7 years...usually for the wrong reasons! I had 2 health scares recently..not both involving me..but both making me stop and think. I am 32 and its time to sort things out. This time I have no choice..I have to! So thats me, not very exciting a hello I know..but well I will warm up! Hugs Jeni |

I totally agree with PrettyPaula! Counting Calories and exercising is the only successful "diet" I've come across. Just a little bit of advice, invest in some good scales! I was relying on mine that were just over 3 years old and for the last few months they've been telling me I was 10st 4lbs, well weighed myself at the docs yesterday and I'm actually 9st 10lbs lol!! Just a bit of a difference eh!? Good tip I found if weight loss becomes stubborn, lower your carb intake for a week and you should start losing again! Good luck! Abby |
