Hello there,
My name is Jenn and I am 32 years old. I am a stay at home mom to 2 boys and we live in Alberta, Canada. I have been struggling with the issue of weight loss my entire life. I used to joke that I was born a size 20! Having always been a heavy girl, I've struggled to free myself of this weight as it is all I know. But now, more than ever, I have realized that it is my time. I need to lose weight although I haven't the faintest clue how I'm going to do it, lol. I am hopeful to get the support I need here. I look forward to getting to know many of you while on this journey.

I'm from Alberta, I miss it. I moved out to Newfoundland for the work. Haha!
For serious, try Weight Watchers, they are nice, and won't give you the snake eye when you walk in, you can even bring a friend. Nothing might happen at first, you have to get used to it.

You deserve to be healthy!

I'm in Alberta too - I just joined this board here today. I think that having 'support' is the No. 1 key to being successful at losing weight and getting healthier.

So, let's get a move on - time for a little workout before the day gets too busy!
