Hi, I have lurked among these pages before BUT last night I made the decision to lose weight. My youngest graduated from college Staurday and I hated how I looked in the pictures. I am 5 feet 1 inch and weigh 189.4 pounds. I want my clothes to fit - I refuse to buy more large sizes. I am following WW beginning this AM with materials from work last year and I think this forum will be better than the meetings I attended. The leader only talked about herself and how she starves the day after she overeats.
