So...
Hello. I just joined today. To be quite honest, I joined because I wanted to be able to use the signature thing. Why do I need to use it here? Simply because I'm terrified of using it anywhere else. That's right. I avoid letting anyone from any Internet community that I'm on of the fact that I'm overweight. I do post pictures of myself, but only ones made by me, and usually results of hours trying to get a picture in which I look normal. So I'm trying to get to work to get my signature:) On Tuesday I'm starting my new, healthy diet. I will start going jogging three times a week and swimming 3-6 times a week. I will be consuming 1500 calories tops per day. I'm trying to have as little soda as I possibly can, since I'm currently very much into Pepsi Light. I plan to allow myself to have it once a week. With a lowering of that ratio in mind. I stand at 171-172 centimeters, which is about 5"8.5'. My ideal goal is to lose 40kilos which means about 82 pounds, though 30 kilos(60-62 pounds) would be medically sufficient. My personal goal that I will follow is 40 kilos thought and that is final.:DThat would be reaching the weight I've always dreamt of, and I will be able to make it, no doubts there. I guess you figured I still can't mention my weight. It's just who I am. I see it as a great shame and personal failure to be fat. |

If you're calorie counting, we're just starting up a new challenge on the Calorie Counters forum (look under "Diet Central" on the main page), for Canada Day (July 1). We each set a goal, for weight loss or staying on plan with food and exercise, or whatever. Come join us, if you like! The challenges are a great way to start making connections with other 3FC members, and to stay on track. Anyway, hope to see you around the forums! Good luck with your weight loss goal! |
