Coming out..

Hi everyone :wave: I have been a lurker for a while now, but decided to come out of hiding..:D.

I have been overweight most of my adult life, but back in 2002 I decided to take control over my weight and dropped 54lbs in 4 months. I was on Suzanne Somers program called Somersizing. It's all about food combining.

I was a stay @ home mom at the time, so that made it easier for me. Upon returning back to work, I started eating lunch out with the girls so that made it difficult cause I had no will power to watch what I ate. I am now a sta @ home mom again and have been for the past 4 years, but it is harder for me this time.

I have gained all of that back and then some. I am tired of being overweight so I decided to join you guys on my journey. I am hoping to make some new friends while doing so. I need all the support I can get. I am looking forward to getting to know you all.

Me too, I am new today but have been lurking in the past. I am ready to go. I live in Az and have been fighting the battle my entire life. I am also looking for some new friends and support. I work at home so I am on the computer most of the day. good luck to you!:)
