Hi, I'm a newbie!!
Hello, I just found this forum & omg the wealth of info is amazing!! Many fads I considered have been debunked. Looks like I'll have to stick to good 'ol diet &
exercise :stress: Oh well!! I have lost over 100 pounds 6 years ago, had 2 kids, lots of stress, & rediscovered fast food. I gained it ALL back (yikes). Well i have been looking for a magic pill for the past year and finally decided to do it the hard way (I post about that in my blog listed in my profile). I started 6 weeks ago and am 8 pounds down. Slowly but surely I am going to get there. If there is anything I *must* see on the site let me know!! Have a great Mothers Day!! |

Hello and welcome I only joined yesterday and can tell already that this place with helps loads. I also feel that all the horrible rain makes me want to eat more hehe but hope fully we'll have a lovely some and can get out and have lots of fun....and weight loss too. Congrats on dropping 8lbs thats a lot and what a great start it can only get better!
