3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

Hello! I'm Kristen, from Illinois. I have been lurking on these boards for some time now, and decided it was time to join. I have been struggling with my weight since I was a kid, and have been a yo yo dieter since the 5th grade. I am now 20, engaged, just had a baby...and fat again. My highest weight was 240, but I was down to 149 for the first time since grade school, then...surprise!...I found out I was pregnant. It was unplanned, but certainly not unwelcome, and we had our beautiful daughter, Anna Victoria, this February. I reached 220 while pregnant, and have just gotten down to 200. However, since I am working on weaning her from breast to bottle, I expect a rapid weight gain if I don't do something about it. Now, I am vowing to get down to 140 for GOOD, and never again have to shop in the plus size stores.

I will be starting the Fat Smash diet on Monday the 19th, after my fiance and I get back from a weekend trip to the Wisconsin Dells. That is also the day I will begin my training to become a nurse's assistant, so...lots of things going on at once! Yikes! I know I can do it this time...I have someone very important depending on it:)
