3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community - Back again..crazy time over

I used to be a member, mostly lurked around.. but posted occasionaly. I didnt even check the site for a few months because i went through a crazy period in my life. I ended a five year relationship with my fiance , and it was one of the hardest things i have ever done!! I went through/ am getting out of a bit of depression.. but things are looking up! I am moving in with my step sister ( who is very health conscious and has vowed to keep me on track) and i am going to start living my life for ME.

My worst thing is the way i eat. I LOVE FOOD. The foods that are bad for you .. i know.. but i am going to try hard. Fitness wise, i LOVE zumba.. next month i actually get to take a class with the creator of zumba, and i couldnt be more excited... :)
