I have just started my weight loss journey as well and find that these boards are a FABULOUS resource!! So much information in food and exercise. AND, the people are so friendly.

I am doing LA weightloss opposed to WW. I have personal friends who have lost lots of weight doing WW. But LA is closer to me. I also like the personal attention.

ETA: Oh, and the tickers have a minimum posts/membership period threshold...I think its a month and something like 20 or 30 posts...not difficult to achieve!

Hey there Sweetie and WELCOME. For ticker help go to the Announcements and Forum Help Section on the home page. There is a sticky an How To Add Your Weight-Tracker Code. I can't be sure if it is 30 posts AND 30 days or if it is 30 posts OR 30 days.
