Hi,

I'm new here, but an experienced Core dieter. I lost 10 lbs on it the first time and kept it off. However, I started nursing school and gained it back (and nursing school makes you even more aware of exactly how unhealthy it is to be overweight!). Anyhow, I am just looking for someone to share recipes with and to be accountable to since I can't afford to go to the meetings. Any and all support is appreciated!!

I signed up for WW online because I couldn't afford the meetings either. I payed about 90$ for 3 months of access to the online tools! I'm currently on the FLEX plan but I know you can do CORE also!
