    I'm new here, im a 19 year old girl from Sweden, and my current weight is somwhere in between 154 -165ibs, (im not sure since I dont own a scales yet), my goal is to get down to 143 - 132ibs, it might not sound much to everyone here, but for me it means alot.. I want to be able to look myself in the mirror and actually like what I see!!

    I have a problem though, I need someone who can give me a kick in the butt.. someone who can give me some tips on how to get started!

    I think i'll enjoy my time here.. and I hope to get alot of new friends!

  • Heya polypeptide! It doesn't matter how much you need to lose, if you want it, go for it! Try the featherweights forum, it's for those of us who have less to lose.

    And for inspiration or motivation check out the 'goal' thread it has plenty of motivating photos! Good luck chick

    Personally, I like those workout DVDs....I feel like the instructor is telling ME to kick it up a knotch. lol
