Getting my butt in gear!
 

Hello Everyone!
I'm so excited that I came across this site! I started what I hope will be a lifestlye change, rather than just another diet, about a week ago and I'm really looking forward to making some friends with others out there who know what it's like to battle with your weight constantly. I've been thinking about losing the weight for a long time, but a recent family health scare has helped get my butt in gear. So, the first thing i did was give up my six pack of coke a day - YIKES! It's been 12 days and I can't believe how much better I feel without it. I told myself that if I could do that, then I can do anything. So, here I am. Is anyone out there doing the LA Weight Loss plan? If so, does it work?

LA WORKS GREAT..
My mom did it in 1999 after she had my sister at age 35 almost 36. She weighed 256 when she had my sister. She is now 140. She went from a size 22 strech pants to a size 4. She has not attended LA for about 3 years now and she only plays with 3-5 pounds. She did an amazing job and looks great.

She was going to go back this past january just to maintain and she wanted to lose another 20 pound but since they went bankrupt here she didnt get the chance to go back.
