I am new to this site. I havent really looked around yet
Hope the people here are more frindly than another site I use to go to.
I am a 62 year old grandmother.
I have alot of weight to loose I hope I can get incouragement from here.

hi and welcome, Gramabear -- if you browse around, I'm sure you'll find a group you want to "hang out" with; everyone on here seems really welcoming and positive. Have you decided on a food / exercise strategy? Even little things can add up, so don't get discouraged -- lots of us are in that "lots of weight to lose" boat with you. (Eeek! hope we don't tip the boat over!)
