Hello

Hi my name is RJ and I am new. I would like to make some friends for support. I have 2 girls. My oldest 11 is also trying to lose weight with me. The Dr. is concerned her weight may be begining to cause some health problems.

hi RJ, and welcome! I'm pretty new too but really enjoy "meeting" others who are so encouraging. There's great advice and support on this site. What kind of food and exercise plans do you have in mind? Even little changes can make you feel better and get you motivated to do more.
