I have been lurking around this website and message boards for the last few weeks. Everyone seems so supportive! And I've gotten some great ideas for recipes, meal planning, etc.
I finally made the commitment to lose 1/2 of myself, I don't know how long it will take, but I think I'm in the right frame of mind to do it right, do it nutritiously and keep it off!
I'm 35, live in MO, single, with a couple of pets, work in mental health.
My starting weight: 304, today's weight: 297, my goal is 150.
