    Hello chicks!

    I'm Kim and very happy to have found this site. I'm 39 and live in Toronto with my DH of almost 14 years and 2 girls, Sophie, 4 and Alana, almost 3.

    I've battled my weight since puberty but when I reached my highest pregnancy weight 2.5 years post-partum, I decided to buy an elliptical trainer and focus on my health. That was a month ago and I've lost 10lbs

    Looking forward to sharing my journey and learning the secrets of success from all you lovely ladies!

    Hi there KIM . . . . . . from a fellow Canadian -- born and raised in Toronto but have been living down east for about 15 years now.

    You are going to love it here -- lots and lots of support as you travel down the long and sometimes bumpy road to better health and fitness. It's a big place, so have a good look around and just start posting wherever something catches your eye.
