newbie a la college student.
Hello!
I'm a 20 year old college student, studying entrepreneurship, and in the process of starting my own business.
I'm here because I've been overweight for far too long. I'm not comfortable with myself anymore, and I've finally altered my mindset enough to be ready to lose weight in a healthy way. I'd like to eventually lose 70 pounds, but I'll be happy losing anything!
I'm vaguely active, but could be more so. I love ice cream and sweets, which doesn't help.
I've recently cut soda out of my diet all together (and feel great about it!), am trying to get in more fruits and veggies (it's hard as a college student on a meal plan!), and be more active.
