Hi there!
Hello everyone! My name is Chelsea and I'm 21 years old.
Let's see, where to begin? I currently weigh about 240. My goal weight is around 120-135. I've only recently started to work out (like, a week!) and the scale hasn't budged, but I've kind of noticed little physical changes. I have this pair of Ralph Lauren red workout pants that are XL. And you know how when you put on pants when they're fresh out of the dryer they're super tight until you kind of stretch them out. Or even if they've been hanging up for a while, they're still really tight. Well, that's how these pants are to me. They're kind of my "crap, I can't find anything to workout in, so I'll just wear these" pants. Anyways, I put them on a day or two ago and oh my goodness, they're a little bit baggy in the lower thigh area. I could not believe it! They actually fit fairly decently now! Mr. Lauren, I don't hate your pants so much anymore! That's my success story so far. Haha, hopefully I can make a lot more. |
Hi Chelsea! :wel3fc:
What sort of eating plan are you following...anything in addition to your exercise? We probably have a forum for it we can direct you to. Have you seen the 20-somethings area? You might want to check it out. You could also look at the 100 lb club, a group of people that are on their way to losing or have lost 100 lbs or more. Wherever you decide to post, settle in and keep going. Can't wait to get to know you better! |
:welcome3: you are starting that is the important thing! you have only worked out 1 week! you WILL see some changes in the weeks to come!!

I haven't been there yet, I'm still learning! But I'll definitely check them out. Thanks! |
:welcome2: Chelsea.
What a great non-scale victory already! Keep it going. There is a calorie counters thread around somewhere too - you could also try checking that out if that is the route you are taking. |
